Cooking makes me feel very accomplished. Especially cooking after a full day at work! Albeit I dont cook super fancy dishes like rendang, briyani. But one main poultry dish and greens.

It’s no fun, and gets quite boring eating out everyday. I am thankful P enjoys the dishes I make. Last night we had sambal sotong, my first attempt at it. Not bad, but still gotta tweak it so that it tastes just like mum’s.

Tonight I am not sure what I’m going to cook, but something simple and healthy.
